Are there similarities between cults and the Taliban and Al-Qaeda

Many are calling for a change in Pakistan, but we must understand that we must help in that change rather than being a spectator of change. Pakistan's political setup needs change but this change is not possible without people like you and me rising up and contesting the Parliamentary elections. We can not expect old leaders to make new decisions or bad leaders to make good decisions. A Political Change is Needed and we must help create that change.

Imagine you are walking through a busy street in the busiest area of one of the biggest cities and there is a political figure followed by people, he is walking and chatting with them and waving his hand to the shopkeepers and people walking past and calling them by their names the point is how he remembers so many name.

Important speech comes from people of accomplishment and distinction. It must come from people who have earned the right to speak out on subjects based upon their hard work, experience and learning. Leaders have the ability to speak because they were at one time followers who paid their dues, became expert in subject areas and earned the right for their words to he heard.

Leaders are concerned about getting the job done and managing the people doing the work so that they are motivated positively to produce good results. The trick is to balance the two well.
