Ironmen meet every week to teach and discuss ideas and strategies on being better men. From June 11-18, 12 of us went to Guayaquil, Ecuador to build 9 homes for the poorest of the poor in conjunction with Hogar de Cristo. This is the fourth year for this trip, it was my first.

Is there a ‘magic bullet’ answer to creating a long lasting relationship? Well, yes and no. It’s not like you can just snap your fingers and magically create great relationships, but if you’re willing to do the following 3 steps it will seem like your relationships are magically transforming.

Do you believe that we have the ability to change our lives using our subconscious minds? For those people who do, the power of your subconscious mind is an amazing thing.

We must take some time to encourage ourselves.Self-encouragement is the most ignored aspect of our life.To do some thing extra-ordinary we must believe in our capabilities & strengths and must reward our selves for any great achievement.

We must have big dreams.Our dreams inspire & motivate us towards achievement.All the great achievers had dreams about their future which made them successful.

We have an ideal personality,an ideal situation or an ideal environment.We must visualize this ideal and try to make it happen through our persistence.

We must be very proactive in our approach towards our commitments & responsibilities.We must try to be a winner in our life.Proactive people feel their responsibility to act.Any body who dares,he wins.
