Onion

Rub onion on balding patches of the scalp, till it turns red and then apply honey. Do this twice a day.

Fenugreek Seeds

Grind fenugreek seeds to a fine paste using water. Apply on scalp and leave for 40 minutes before washing off. Continue this routine for a month.

Honey and Egg Yolk

Make a mixture of honey and egg yolk. Massage this mixture onto the scalp and hair. Wash after half an hour.

Apart from undertaking these remedies you can also fight hair fall by making a few diet and lifestyle changes. Avoid foods that are oily and rich in carbohydrates. Reduce intake of coffee and alcohol. Consume food that is rich in protein and iron.

Also drink lots of water. A few changes that you can incorporate in your lifestyle include avoiding use of shampoo on a daily basis, oiling hair regularly, not combing hair while it is wet and keeping stress (a major cause of hair fall) at bay. Try integrating these into your daily routine and see your hair grow thick and lustrous.
