Sims 3 is the third major game in the Sims series. For thoughts unfamiliar with the Sims it is a game that lets you build and customize your own house and people. The Sims 3 is has progressed a lot sense the first Sims game. It also lets you customize your personal interactions between other Sims. Sims 3 overall has progressed significantly from just being at the Sims house to being able to shop or even be able to affect your performance at work.

Sims 3 at the moment only offers 2 neighborhoods and one of them is part of a free download online. This is not as many as the Sims 2 that had numerous neighborhoods to customize. Hopefully with a few patches and add packs the new Sims game will increase its neighborhood numbers.

The Sims 3 also offers more playability when it comes to being able to influence how you work or interactions with bosses. With your job you have the ability to be able to "work" hard, normal, or slack off. It also lets you see your boss and give you the ability to "suck up" or "have good work relationships" with your boss.

You can invite your boss over for dinner or to hang out to increase your relationship with them. Something new about Sims 3 is that you have to save each character individually on their own file compared to a more universal save. It still has the option from Sims 2 to have a car and drive it.

The Sims 3 Sims can still age from a baby to being elderly. There is the option for your Sims to go through stages of pregnancy. All of the furniture is customizable to your liking. If you want a pink sofa with purple poke-a-dots you can have one.

It also lets you fully customize your outfits to ones you have in the real life. You can chose up to 5 personality traits for your Sims. In Sims 3 your Sims personality traits will determine how other Sims interacts with you. Also the Sims hair is customizable with highlights and different hair colors. You can go to Amazon and grab a copy at a resonable price.

Overall Sims 3 gets 4 stars out of 5, there is more customizability that could be done in the game.
