Goshen’s White Sangria

Goshen’s White Sangria is the wonderful refreshing white wine version of Goshen’s Sangria. This uses fresh fruit that is in season at the time that you make it. Goshen’s White Sangria uses 3 types of liquor. It uses Cava or dry sparkling wine, Brandy, Licor 43 or Vanilla flavored liquor. Goshen’s White Sangria is a delightful white wine alternative for that hot day. This is a wonderful drink to enjoy and remember don’t drink and drive.

Serves 4

Ingredients:

·         1 Bottle of Cava (or dry sparkling white wine)

·         1 cup (about 237 milliliters) of chopped mixed fresh fruit. (Like strawberries, white grapes, and peaches.)

·         ¼ cup(about 60 milliliters) of Brandy

·         ¼ cup(about 60 milliliters)  of Licor 43 or (vanilla flavored liquor)

·         ¼ cup(about 60 milliliters)  of White Grape Fruit Juice

·         1 teaspoon(about 5 grams) of sugar

·         1 fresh mint sprig

Directions:

Step 1: The first step in Goshen’s White Sangria is to fill a pitcher halfway with ice and then add the fresh fruit. Then Tilt the pitcher and pour the cava very slowly down the side to help keep it nice and bubbly.

Step 2: In another pitcher combine the brandy, Licor 43, white grape juice, and sugar. Then pour the mixture into the sparkling white wine and fruit pitcher. Add the mint sprig and you are ready to enjoy Goshen’s White Sangria.

Tip: When serving make sure each glass gets some ice and fruit.
