Goshen’s Bok Choy

Goshen’s bok choy is a wonderful vegetarian dish that is a good main dish or side for seafood lovers. This dish is uses light soy sauce or is also nice with a hoisin sauce. Goshen’s bok choy is also nice with an Oyster sauce instead of the hoisin or light soy sauce. Goshen’s bok choy is a nice easy vegetarian dish that will delight friends and family.

Serves 2-4

Ingredients:

· 1 head of Bok Choy

· 2 tablespoons(about 30 milliliters) of light soy sauce

· 2 tablespoons(about 30 milliliters) of peanut oil

Directions:

Step 1: Trim the bok choy and tear into manageable pieces. Next heat a large frying pan and add the oil and swirl around until hot. Tip for Goshen’s bok choy is to make sure that the bok choy leaves are green and fresh.

Step 2: The next step is to add the bok choy and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes, until it had wilted a little. Then mix in the light soy sauce and continue to stir-fry for a few more seconds, until the bok choy is cooked but still a little crispy.  Then serve and enjoy Goshen’s bok choy

(Tip you can add 1 tablespoon (about 15 grams) of garlic or a pinch of garlic salt in with the bok choy if desired.)
