Step 1: The first step in Goshen’s homemade pepperoni pizza is to prepare the sauce.  Get out a frying pan and get the union garlic, and oil from the ingredients for the sauce and cook them in the frying pan until soft. Then add the tomato paste and the chopped tomatoes into the mixture in the frying pan. Let the mixture boil rapidly for 5 minutes and then let cool.

Step 2: The second step in Goshen’s homemade pepperoni pizza is to roll out the pizza dough if fresh or get out the premade pizza base. Then preheat the oven to 425 F (218 C) to get it ready for the pizza.

Step 3: Spread the homemade sauce on the pizza base and add the pizza ingredients starting with the cheese. Add the pepperonis, sliced peppers, sundried tomatoes, and black olives onto the pizza.

The next step in Goshen’s homemade pepperoni pizza is to sprinkle on the dried oregano and drizzle on a little olive oil onto the pizza. Then put into the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes.

Tips: Cooking the pizza on a pizza stone can help you get a nice golden crispy crust. Also adding your own spices or ingredients can be a fun way to personalize your pizza.
