Goshen’s four cheese pizza is a wonderful classic that is a delicious meal. This rich and cheesy pizza is a wonderful meal to enjoy with friends and family. Goshen’s four cheese pizza uses mozzarella, dolcelatte, gruyere, and parmesan. This wonderful blend of cheeses makes this cheese pizza unique and tasty. Goshen’s four cheese pizza is also a combination of herbs and spices that add flavor to this wonderful meal. 

Serves 4


·         1 batch of pizza dough from Goshen’s homemade pizza dough( you can also use a premade pizza base for the chef on the go)

·         2 ounces (about 60 grams) of dolcelatte

·         2 ounces(about 60 grams) of mozzarella

·         ½ cup(about 113 grams) of Gruyere

·         3 tablespoons(about 43 grams) of freshly grated parmesan

·         ½ of a red union chopped thinly

·         1 fresh tomato diced

·         1 tablespoon(about 15 milliliters) of garlic oil

·         1 tablespoon(about 14.3 grams) of chopped thyme

·         Black pepper

·         Garlic salt


Step 1: The first step in Goshen’s four cheese pizza is to preheat the oven to 425 F (218 C). Get the dough and roll it out 12 inches(about 31 cm) in diameter on a lightly flowered surface. Push up the dough edges around the pizza dough. Put the dough on a greased baking sheet or pizza stone.

Step 2: The second step in Goshen’s four cheese pizza is to brush garlic oil on the edges of the pizza and sprinkle the red unions and diced tomato over the top. Dice the mozzarella and dolcelatte and sprinkle over the pizza base. Then get the other two cheeses and mix them with the chopped thyme and garlic.

Step 3: Sprinkle the cheese mix over the pizza. Then get the garlic salt and black pepper and sprinkle over the pizza as desired. Put in the oven for 15-20 minutes or until the edges are crisp and golden with bubbling cheese. Then you are ready to enjoy Goshen’s four cheese pizza.
