Friends, Romans, countrymen, lend me your taste buds! Good burritos are hard to find these todays. I'm here to tell you that this is no longer the case, thanks to South Florida. If you've ever been than you know exactly what I'm talking about. If you haven't, well then you need to get on board with this thing. You are seriously missing out on an incredible eating experience! Out of all the burritos I've had, the caesar burrito is definitely the new addition to my top five favorite dishes ever!

A good place to start with this burrito is the delicious array of cheese. Really for the caesar, the best choice is parmesan. Although, if you don't want parmesan there are so many other choices. Cheddar, swiss, shredded, all of it is absolutely fresh and delicious!

The romaine lettuce is also a tasteful choice for the caesar burrito. In a South Florida restaurant, you can count on freshness. Their crisp green lettuce meets those standards, and then exceeds them! Never have I been more satisfied with the greens on my burrito before.

An interesting new thing that has been going on with South Florida burritos is the option to "crunchify". This is the term they use to call the addition of crushed warm corn tortilla chips. I have not tried this but everyone I hear from says that they are really something else. I add garlic butter croutons, but I think I'll crunchify my burrito next time!

My favorite thing to put on the caesar is chicken. I think this is the case for a lot of people. However, more and more people are switching over to vegetarianism.  I hear the popular substitute for vegetarians is the black bean hummus and rice. I may have to try that too!

Tomatoes are another really great ingredient to add to the caesar burrito. It doesn't say it on the menu for the caesar burrito ingredients, but trust me on this one. It brings another ridiculously good taste to an already ridiculously good burrito. Finally, drizzle on the caesar dressing, completing one of the most delicious things I have ever had!

It's hard for me to imagine that I can keep finding such great food in South Florida. I guess that I need to just accept the fact that they turn out some of the best food I've ever had. The taste, combined with the quality of the establishments, makes for such a great place to grab a bite.

Everyone raves about the size of South Florida burritos. The second I felt the warm burrito, wrapped in tin foil, I did not think I could eat all of it. I ended up eating most of it though, and still having a little bit left over as a snack for later that night. And I would've paid more!

I doubt that you would find anything but a tasty burrito if you were to walk into a burrito franchise today. Whether you try the caesar burrito or any other burrito, I know that you will not be disappointed. As a matter of fact, that's a promise!
