Nastel was discussed in a Magic Quadrant report issued by Gartner in February 2010. Now, AutoPilot's ability to meet the needs of application performance monitoring was presented at the Gartner Symposium, APM Magic Quadrant, held in Orlando, FL between October 17-21, 2010.

The reason application performance monitoring is so important is the fact that IT systems have become increasingly complex.
