This facility is located in a small building four stories high. Each level has different equipment for a different workout. The atmosphere of the gym makes you feel like you can get a great workout.

The first floor has treadmills for the joggers and runners. There are also weight machines available. Medicine balls and exercise balls are options here, too, for those who prefer their use.

This first floor is also occupied by administrations. Personal trainers with years of experience are here to help those who need a personal trainer to obtain their fitness goals. Many of these trainers compete athletically like in events such as body building. Also on this floor are extra televisions which are used by the runners on treadmills.

The next level is the stair climbers and elliptical machines. This helps with the cardio workout, and there are more televisions here to help patrons enjoy their workout more. This room being one level up enjoys extra sunlight with several windows. This brightens the room improving the atmosphere.

The next floor has free weights for those who prefer to work on building their body mass. Extra space allows for patrons to lay down workout mats for possible stretching exercises.

However, on the fourth level this can be accomplished much better because here is where people can attend classes such as pilates. If the room is open, then any one can do their own step or pilates exercises.

As said, the trainers are very well-trained in what they do. They try to provide excellent session for their patrons to help them meet their goals. In addition to personal training, a trainer at this facility provides a fitness boot camp.

This is a large group of customers who have signed up to be trained by one trainer. It is held outside, and the group is a great source to support each other through grueling workouts. One advantage to the system here is that this boot camp is in La Jolla, and workouts will be include exercises along the beach.

In a fitness boot camp, services are daily usually early in the morning, at lunch, and in the evening. This suits the availability of everyone wanting to join the camp. One can obtain a 2-week free trial to see if they like it.

If they do, then they can sign up for a monthly membership. Those who will go only a few times a week can get daily passes. The advantage to this type of workout, also, is that it is cheaper than a one-on-one with a personal trainer.
